About the dM

----------------------------
I've been a professional technical writer since 1998, and I've taught college-level technical writing to engineering students since 1999. I have a Masters and a Bachelors in technical writing from Carnegie Mellon University in glorious Pittsburgh, PA. In short, I've been involved with serious technical writing for a pretty long time. What have I learned? That I have a LOT left to learn! Please, partake of what wisdom I have and leave some of your own in return!
